Our asset-light, data-driven platform enables dealerships to unlock new revenue streams, turning idle vehicles into profitable rental and subscription services.
Now, we are looking for a Chief of Staff to the Chief Growth Officer to build and scale our subscription business across markets and launch a dedicated B2B rental and subscription platform. This is a high-impact, entrepreneurial role—you will drive strategy, execution, and P&L ownership for these critical growth levers.

What you will do
- Lead the car subscription business—expand our customer base, optimize pricing, and improve retention. While significant progress has been made on the technical side, there is still much to shape operationally and strategically i.e., you will both define and execute the strategy and be responsible for daily operations.
- Develop and launch Oscar’s B2B platform—build a scalable solution for corporate rentals and subscriptions together with our product/tech team.
- Push internal alignment across teams—work cross-functionally with Product, Marketing, Sales, and Customer Service to ensure success.
- Act as the right hand to the CGO (Growth)—challenge ideas, shape strategy, and execute high-impact growth initiatives.
- Set up and own KPIs, reporting, and data-driven decision-making—this role is about execution, not gut feeling.

- Experience in mobility or B2B sales is a plus—but what really matters is your ability to build and execute.
- Fluency in English is required. German or other European languages are a big plus.
